Andrew Breen

	A Prolific Writer Has Been Lost
	On April 2, 2007, Andrew Breen passed away at age 49. Andrew was a prolific freelance writer whose work has appeared in Black Belt, as well as its now defunct sister publications Karate/Kung Fu Illustrated and Martial Arts Training. A 35-year vetran of the arts, he held a black belt in taekwondo and kenka karate. Despite his 6-foot-4 inch, 260-pound frame, Andrew was a soft-spoken man who'll be missed by all whose lives he touched with his kind heart and pen.
